123 Toolkit for Shared Drives use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The add-on objective is to provide the Google Administrator in a Google Workspace domain a list of all Google Shared Drive. Hence the add-on needs read only access to Google Drive.

The Google Spreadsheet™ Editor add-on uses only the spreadsheet that the add-on is installed in. The add-on will create 4 sheets (Info, Shared Drives, Members, Insights).
Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications

The add-on runs in a Google Spreadsheet sidebar and uses a window prompt to display info to the user (e.g. finish or errors).
Each Google add-on also gets the userinfo.email and userinfo.profile scope. Your email address is captured to determine if you are a (free) @gmail.com user or a Google Workspace user. This information is used to determine the available Google features (e.g. script run time). Your email address might also be used to inform you about the product features / updates.
No other information is used. Your data remains your data. Your data is not read by humans and not used for any other purpose than to serve you the add-on functionality with the best experience possible.
