123 Toolkit for user onboarding use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

View groups on your domain
To read the Google Groups within the Google Domain, including the members of the Google Groups
View and manage the settings of a G Suite group
To read the settings the Google Groups.
View and manage spreadsheets that this application has been installed in
To access the current spreadsheet that this add-on is installed in. It writes the Groups, Groups Settings and Group members to the spreadsheet. It also creates those relevant sheets.
Allow this application to run when you are not present;
The user can schedule the script to update the spreadsheet periodically.
Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside google applications
The application runs as an add-on in the Google Spreadsheet sidebar and shows prompt to the user about the progress or warning messages.
Each Google add-on also gets the userinfo.email and userinfo.profile scope. Your email address is captured to determine if you are a (free) @gmail.com user or a Google Workspace user. This information is used to determine the available Google features (e.g. script run time). Your email address might also be used to inform you about the product features / updates.
No other information is used. Your data remains your data. Your data is not read by humans and not used for any other purpose than to serve you the add-on functionality with the best experience possible.
